　　∎Product Description

　　SP239 is a solvent-free two-component polyurethane bonding material.The resin part(PART A)contains hydroxyl.The curing agent(PARAT B)is based on isocyanate.PART A and B are mixed and cured to form a hard and elastic material,and the volume does not change significantly.

　　∎Typical Applications

　　Bonding of plate glue,composite board of refrigerator truck,aluminum honeycomb,SMC,fiberglass board and other materials.

　　∎Directions for Use

　　Before use,

　　Substrate pretreatment

　　The surface of the substrate shall be clean,dry and free from dust,grease or other pollutants.Using a suitable primer can improve the adhesion/long-term bonding stability of the metal surface.The adhesion of the surface of plastic materials can be improved by grinding or sandblasting,it helps to remove the release agent on the surface of the substrate.

　　Construction

　　PART A should be mixed properly and slowly before use to prevent the filler from settling after long-term storage.Mixing device or mechanical equipment with two parts application equipment can be used to fully mix PART A and B,and air must be prevented from being mixed in the mixture.The mixture can only be used for a limited time(operable time).After this time,the mixture becomes gel and is not suitable for use.The operation time is determined by the quality and temperature of the mixture.With the increase of mass and temperature,the operable time decreases.Low temperature can prolong the operation time.

　　Curing

　　It can be cured at low temperature(room temperature greater than 15℃)or warm conditions.The curing time is greatly shortened with the increase of temperature,and the addition of catalyst(accelerator)can also accelerate the curing(such as operable time,opening time).

　　Cleaning agents can be used to remove wet glue,uncured materials(cleaning application equipment,substrate contamination,etc.),and cured adhesives can only be removed mechanically.

　　∎Packing and Storage

　　Shelf life(unopened original package):12 months

　　Part B:4 kg;Recommended storage temperature:15℃-25℃;

　　Shelf life(unopened original package):9 months

　　The products are sealed in iron drums,and the color and weight are marked on the certificate of conformity

　　Transportation:moisture proof,rain proof,sun proof,high temperature proof,keep away from heat source,handle with care,and do not squeeze or collide.

　　∎Attention

　　Fast and keep away from children;Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing.In case of accidental contact with skin,first scrub with soapy water or alcohol,and then rinse with clean water.In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water first,and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
