SP236T Thixotropic Structural Adhesive sealant

　　SP236T is A thixotropic two-component polyurethane self-leveling high-strength adhesive material(suitable for large area coating and bonding).After A and B mixed curing,the adhesive layer has high strength,high toughness and strong adhesion.

　　First,the main use

　　Wide range of use:

　　1.Plate glue,refrigerator car composite plate,aluminum honeycomb,SMC,glass fiber board and other materials bonding 2.It can be directly bonded on the surface of asphalt,concrete,iron plate,wood and other materials;3.It is suitable for indoor and outdoor working areas in production,storage,parking lots and other places.It is a smooth and wear-resistant layer with crack bridging characteristics

　　Three,construction matters

　　1.Construction tools

　　Single-head electric mixer(300-400rpm),double-head electric mixer(300-400rpm),forced or rotating disc,paddle or trough mixer(300-400rpm),roller,scraper and other tools 2.Base surface quality/base surface treatment

　　The surface must be flat,clean,compact,dry and free of loose particles.The surface must be clean and free of dirt,grease,coatings,surface treatment residues and all dust and residues must be completely removed before construction.Steel brushes and dust removal equipment are recommended.

　　The binder base(concrete/mortar layer)layer must have sufficient strength(compressive strength at least 25 N/mm2,tensile strength at least 1.5 N/mm2).

　　If you are not sure about the surface base,please do a sample test first.3.Before mixing,first stir component A fully,then add component B completely,stirring continuously for two minutes until A uniform mixture is obtained.

　　4.Construction method

　　The mixed material can be coated on the surface of the substrate by rolling or scraping.

　　4.Storage instructions

　　1.Seal and store in a dry,cool,dark,well-ventilated place.Recommended storage temperature 5-25℃,humidity≤50%RH environment.

　　V.Packaging and transportation

　　1.The product is sealed with iron drum,color and weight are marked on the certificate.Packing specifications:Component A 20kg,component B 4kg.

　　2.Transportation:moisture-proof,rainproof,sunscreen,high temperature,away from heat source,careful handling,no extrusion collision.

　　Six,matters needing attention

　　Fast,keep away from children;Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing.In case of contact with skin,first scrub with soapy water or alcohol,and then rinse with water;In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
