SP296 Electronic potting sealant

　　SP296 is a solvent-free,two-component polyurethane insulating packaging material with low stress,excellent impact resistance,weather resistance,high and low temperature impact resistance,stable electrical properties,very low water absorption,flame retardant grade UL94 V-0,etc.

　　First,the main use

　　1.Potting of charging pile,small and medium-sized electronic components,such as sensors,LED waterproof power supply,transformers,etc.

　　2.Casting of communication supplies,transformers,electrical and electronic equipment.

　　3.Filling coating casting,metal and plastic bonding good.

　　Two,use instructions

　　1.Introduction

　　Before use,be sure to read the material safety data sheet to understand the corresponding precautions and safety recommendations.In addition,precautions should always be observed for chemical products exempted from mandatory labelling.Please also refer to local safety instructions and contact Sunnah for analysis support.

　　2.Substrate pretreatment

　　The surface of the substrate should be clean,dry and free of dust,grease or other contaminants.The use of a suitable primer can improve the adhesion/long term bond stability of the metal surface.The surface of the plastic material can be ground or sandblasted to improve adhesion in order to remove the mold release agent present on the surface of the substrate.

　　3.The construction

　　Component A should be properly stirred slowly before use to prevent settling of the filler after A long time storage.Mixing devices or mechanical equipment with two-component application EQUIPMENT may be used to adequately mix components A and B,while air inclusion must be prevented.The mixture should only be used for a limited time(operational time).Any longer than that,and the mixture becomes gelatinous and unfit for use.The operating time is determined by the quality and temperature of the mixture.With the increase of mass and temperature,the operable time decreases.Low temperature can extend the operating time.

　　1.The curing

　　The mixture can be cured between 15℃and 65℃.The curing time is greatly reduced with the increase of temperature,and the addition of catalysts(accelerators)can also accelerate the curing(e.g.operable time,open time).

　　2.Clean up

　　Cleaning agents can be used to remove dehumidifying adhesives,uncured materials(cleaning application equipment,substrate contamination,etc.),and curing adhesives can only be removed mechanically.

　　3.Storage instructions

　　Component A:Recommended storage temperature:15℃-30℃;Shelf life(unopened in original packaging):6 months.Component B:Recommended storage temperature:15℃-30℃;Shelf life(unopened original package):6 months.

　　4.Packaging and transportation

　　1.The product is sealed with iron drum,and the color and weight are marked on the certificate.Packing specifications:Component A 25kg,component B 20kg.

　　2.Transportation:moisture-proof,rainproof,sunscreen,high temperature,away from heat source,careful handling,no extrusion collision.

　　Five,matters needing attention

　　Fast,keep away from children;Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing.In case of contact with skin,first scrub with soapy water or alcohol,and then rinse with water;In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
