　　SP299 is a solvent-free,weather-resistant,environment-friendly,transparent two-component polyurethane electronic pot-sealing adhesive,with low hardness,good elasticity,waterproof performance and excellent insulation performance.

　　First,the main use

　　Electronic circuit board(PCB);Electronic and electrical controller;IGBT sealing,new energy vehicle electrical controller irrigation.

　　Second,product characteristics

　　Light yellow transparent,low hardness,good elasticity,excellent seismic;Good sealing,waterproof and shockproof effect;Excellent electrical insulation,flame retardant UL94 V-0,peeling,easy to repair;

　　Three,storage instructions

　　1.Seal and store in a dry,cool,dark,well-ventilated place.It is recommended that the temperature be 5-25°C and humidity≤50%RH.

　　2.Storage life:6 months(sealed and unopened).

　　4.Packaging and transportation

　　1.Packaging specifications:Component A 18kg,component B 18kg.

　　2.Transportation:The product belongs to non-dangerous goods and can be transported as a general chemical.

　　3.Storage and logistics:moisture-proof,rainproof,sunscreen,high temperature,away from heat source,handle with care,do not squeeze collision.

　　Five,matters needing attention

　　1.It is recommended to use automatic mixing equipment,which can ensure the accuracy of the ratio,and it is not easy to import air to produce bubbles.

　　2.PCB board should be dried before potting,otherwise the board and components will produce tiny bubbles.

　　3.When the construction temperature is lower than 25℃,the product should be preheated to prevent excessive viscosity and too many bubbles.

　　4.During manual operation,attention must be paid not to import too many bubbles,and do not contact with water and moisture.

　　5.When the machine is operated,the temperature of the material should be increased,and the vacuum and defoaming treatment should be carried out,and the flow rate should be adjusted according to the demand.

　　6.During construction,please determine the dosage and mix as needed.The mixed products shall be used up in time.

　　7.The A/B component should be mixed evenly in A short time according to the proportion.The mixed product can only be used for A limited time(gel time)or it cannot be used.

　　8.Curing time is related to the amount and temperature of mixing.When the amount is large or the temperature is high,the curing time will be shortened correspondingly,on the contrary,it will increase.

　　9.Before batch use of the product,please be sure to conduct small sample test to ensure the applicability of the product.

　　10.Fast and keep away from children;Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing.In case of contact with skin,first scrub with soapy water or alcohol,and then rinse with water;In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
