　　∎Product Description

　　SP281 two component polyurethane adhesive is a high-strength battery structural adhesive,which has excellent application performance,good thixotropy,short surface drying time and curing time,and long opening time under high temperature and humidity conditions.

　　∎Typical Applications

　　1.Both sides of the epoxy resin insulation board are respectively bonded with the liquid cooling board and the aluminum profile frame;

　　2.New energy vehicle batteries,and other structural bonding.

　　∎Directions for Use

　　Before use,

　　please be sure to read the material safety data sheet to understand the corresponding preventive measures and safety suggestions.In addition,for chemical products that are exempt from mandatory labeling,relevant precautions should always be observed.Please also refer to the local safety instructions and contact SEPNA for analytical support.

　　Substrate pretreatment

　　The surface of the substrate shall be clean,dry and free from dust,grease or other pollutants.Using a suitable primer can improve the adhesion/long-term bonding stability of the metal surface.The adhesion of the surface of plastic materials can be improved by grinding or sandblasting,it helps to remove the release agent on the surface of the substrate.

　　Construction

　　PART A should be mixed properly and slowly before use to prevent the filler from settling after long-term storage.Mixing device or mechanical equipment with two parts application equipment can be used to fully mix PART A and B,and air must be prevented from being mixed in the mixture.The mixture can only be used for a limited time(operable time).After this time,the mixture becomes gel and is not suitable for use.The operation time is determined by the quality and temperature of the mixture.With the increase of mass and temperature,the operable time decreases.Low temperature can prolong the operation time.

　　Curing

　　The mixture can be cured between 15℃-60℃.The curing time is greatly shortened with the increase of temperature,and the addition of catalyst(accelerator)can also accelerate the curing(such as operable time,opening time).

　　Cleaning agents can be used to remove wet glue,uncured materials(cleaning application equipment,substrate contamination,etc.),and cured adhesives can only be removed mechanically.

　　∎Packing and Storage

　　It is recommended to store the product in a dry place at 10℃-30℃to avoid direct sunlight or frost.After opening the package,the contents shall be protected against moisture.

　　Part B:10 kg

　　The products are sealed in iron drums,and the color and weight are marked on the certificate of conformity

　　Transportation:moisture proof,rain proof,sun proof,high temperature proof,keep away from heat source,handle with care,and do not squeeze or collide.The minimum temperature limit during transportation is-20℃,and the maximum duration is 7 days.

　　∎Attention

　　Fast and keep away from children;Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing.In case of accidental contact with skin,first scrub with soapy water or alcohol,and then rinse with clean water.In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water first,and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
