　　S857 is a one component solvent-free heat curing sealant based on pvc/acrylate.

　　1.It is used for bonding clean steel plates or electrophoresis plates.Powder paint can be sprayed after wet glue or curing.

　　2.It is used for sealing,waterproof,dustproof and anti-corrosion of the inner and outer welds of the car body.

　　Substrate pretreatment

　　Before construction,you must first read the safety manual to understand the relevant preventive measures and safety suggestions.For chemicals that do not need labels,observe in advance and take corresponding preventive measures.

　　S857 can be used to adhere to cleaned,treated and primed metal,and cannot adhere to untreated metal.For best performance,the substrate should be free of any impurities.Before using a new substrate,it is recommended to complete the corresponding test verification on the substrate.

　　Construction

　　In order to obtain the best strength,the following curing conditions should be followed:>175℃*30min.Different curing conditions will lead to changes in shear strength.

　　S857 is uniform in material and free of particles.It can be pumped or tubular glue gun can be used.If the shutdown time is longer(>8 hours),it is recommended to release the system pressure to reduce the possibility of pipeline caking.It is recommended to purge and clean the material pipeline regularly.

　　S857 can be used to adhere to cleaned,treated and primed metal,and cannot adhere to untreated metal.For best performance,the substrate should be free of any impurities.

　　The materials taken out of the container during use may be contaminated.Do not return the product to the original container.

　　Cleaning

　　Uncured sealant during construction can be removed with a clean towel or rag dipped in isopropyl alcohol.Cured glue can only be removed by mechanical method.

　　∎Packing and Storage

　　Package specification:

　　Storage:

　　Sealed and stored in a low temperature and dry place.It is recommended to store in an environment with a temperature of 5~25℃.

　　Storage period:

　　9 months

　　Transportation:moisture proof,rain proof,sun proof,high temperature proof,keep away from heat source,handle with care,and do not squeeze or collide.

　　∎Attention

　　Fast and keep away from children;Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing.In case of accidental contact with skin,first scrub with soapy water or alcohol,and then rinse with clean water.In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water first,and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
