　　First,the main use

　　Used for joint seal,sealing box,metal lap weld seal in sheet metal shop.Used for sealing,waterproof,dustproof and anticorrosion of inner and outer welds of the body.

　　Second,product characteristics

　　1.Single component,toughness,environmental protection,no solvent;

　　2.Matching powder paint;

　　3.160-220℃high temperature resistance,no aging,no discoloration;

　　4.After preheating,it can be cured by electroplating or powder spraying;

　　5 heating curing,can be heated in the electrophoretic paint room.

　　Three,use instructions

　　1.Before construction,read the safety manual to understand the relevant preventive measures and safety recommendations.Observe the chemicals without labels in advance and take appropriate preventive measures.

　　2.S856 can be used to adhere to cleaned,treated,primed metal,not to adhere to untreated metal.For optimum performance,the substrate should be free of any impurities.Before using the new substrate,it is recommended to complete the corresponding test verification on the substrate.

　　3.For optimal strength,the following curing conditions should be followed:>175℃for 30 min.Different curing conditions will lead to the change of shear strength.The minimum heating temperature is 160°C,and the maximum heating temperature is 220°C.

　　4.S856 material uniformity,no particles,can be pumped,can also use a tube glue gun.If the shutdown for a long time(>8 hours),it is recommended to relieve pressure in the system to reduce the possibility of pipeline caking.It is recommended to periodically purge and clean material pipes.

　　5.S856 can be used to adhere to cleaned,treated,primed metal,not to adhere to untreated metal.For optimum performance,the substrate should be free of any impurities.

　　6.Materials removed from the container during use may be contaminated.Do not pour the product back into the original container.

　　Four,clean up

　　The unsolidified glue in the construction process can be removed with a clean towel or rag dipped in isopropanol,and the solidified glue can only be removed by mechanical methods.

　　Five,safety precautions

　　1.Keep away from children.

　　2.Avoid contact with eyes and skin.If contact with skin carelessly,wipe with cloth first,then wash with soap;In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
