　　SP865 is a one component moisture curable polyurethane glass adhesive,which has good sealing performance and cohesion.It has no corrosion,pollution and environmental pollution to the bonded substrate,and has good adhesion to metal,glass and other substrates.

　　∎Directions for Use

　　Substrate pretreatment

　　The surface of the bonded substrate must be clean and dry without dust,oil and water stains.The bonded substrate should be cleaned and pretreated with detergent or primer.If it is not,it may cause bonding failure.The glue shall be applied and cured according to the construction method,and the safe driving time is related to the ambient temperature and humidity.

　　Construction

　　Ambient temperature and humidity have a great impact on the surface drying and curing of glass adhesive.It is recommended that the construction ambient temperature be 5~35℃,and the humidity be 50~70%RH.When the temperature is lower than 5℃,it is recommended to put the product in an environment of 30-40℃for heating for 1H before use(the heating time cannot exceed 3H)

　　Cleaning

　　Uncured SP865 can be removed from tools or equipment with cleaning agent or appropriate solvent.Once cured,it can only be removed mechanically,and the surface shall be cleaned.

　　Supplementary instructions

　　1.In order to ensure the bonding effect and the compatibility between the product and the substrate,the test should be carried out under the actual substrate and environment in advance.

　　2.It is not applicable to frozen or wet base surface with silicone oil and silicone rubber.

　　3.Incomplete curing silicone adhesive,silane end capped modified adhesive,alcohol and alcohol containing solvent will hinder the normal curing of glass adhesive,and direct contact between them should be prevented.

　　4.The above instructions are only for general guidance.For specific construction,we will provide suggestions if necessary.

　　∎Packing and Storage

　　Package specification:

　　600ml/sausage;400ml/sausage;310ml/cartridge.

　　Storage:

　　Sealed and stored in a low temperature and dry place.It is recommended to store in an environment with a temperature of 5~25℃and a humidity of≤50%RH.

　　Storage period:

　　9 months

　　Transportation:moisture proof,rain proof,sun proof,high temperature proof,keep away from heat source,handle with care,and do not squeeze or collide.

　　∎Attention

　　Fast and keep away from children;Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing.In case of accidental contact with skin,first scrub with soapy water or alcohol,and then rinse with clean water.In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water first,and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
