　　SP213 series products are a two-component,solvent-free,self curing polyurethane adhesive.Unlike the one component polyurethane adhesive,which requires moisture curing in the air,PU211 is especially suitable for bonding in closed occasions because it has a curing agent.Injection system suitable for corner connection of aluminum doors and windows.It has very high hardness,certain toughness and good joint filling ability.

　　∎Directions for Use

　　Before use,

　　Substrate pretreatment

　　The surface of the substrate shall be clean,dry and free from dust,grease or other pollutants.Using a suitable primer can improve the adhesion/long-term bonding stability of the metal surface.The adhesion of the surface of plastic materials can be improved by grinding or sandblasting,so as to remove the release agent on the surface of the substrate.

　　Construction

　　Unscrew the nut on the top of the rubber cylinder,pull off the buckle cover,and screw on the mixing nozzle.Load the glue gun and extrude the glue to the sharp mouth.It is forbidden to inject the first 1/2 colloid of the mixing nozzle into the profile cavity,and then align it with the glue injection hole to apply glue until the observation holes on both sides overflow glue,and then inject it into the next corner.

　　Storage:

　　Sealed storage has the advantages of dry,cool,dark and well ventilated.The storage period is 6 months from the production period.

　　Moisture proof,rain proof,sun proof,high temperature proof,keep away from heat source,handle with care,and do not squeeze or collide.

　　∎Attention

　　Fast and keep away from children;Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing.In case of accidental contact with skin,first scrub with soapy water or alcohol,and then rinse with clean water.In case of contact with eyes,rinse with plenty of water first,and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
